November 2022: Updated ASTM Phase I ESA Standard is Available

The ASTM E1527-21 Standard Practice for conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments is now available. Since 2000, Julie Kilgore, President of Wasatch Environmental, has served as the chair of the ASTM task force responsible for the E1527 standard practice. Kilgore as led the national task force of over 200 professionals through the revisions that led to the 2005 and 2013 revisions. Kilgore launched the most recent task force effort in 2018 that resulted in the E1527-21 Standard Practice which was published in November 2021.

As a national leader in the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment process, Wasatch clients are assured of quality environmental due diligence services. Kilgore also provides review services for assessment reports prepared nationwide, as well as on-site education courses that have been approved for professional continuing education credits.
