Julie Kilgore Elected to ASTM International Board of Directors

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH Jan 10, 2004 - Wasatch Environmental, Inc., a Salt Lake City based environmental engineering, and construction firm announced that Julie Kilgore, principal has been elected to the ASTM International Board of Directors.

Kilgore brings more than 15 years of expertise to the board including her experience as chair of the ASTM Real Estate Assessment and Management Committee. In this position she led the national task force responsible for developing the ASTM practice for conducting Environmental Site Assessments. She also served as a negotiator for environmental professionals on the EPA federal advisory committee. In addition to her appointment, she is involved in the environmental affairs committee of the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce and is the President of the Utah Women's Alliance for Building Community. Kilgore's appointment demonstrates her commitment to the industry, knowledge, leadership, and dedication to her community and the environmental industry.
